Responsive Web Design is about building a website that is easily readable on a variety of devices from smart phones to tablets to desktop computers. The website adapts to whatever device is being used, which helps limit the amount of scrolling, zooming etc., that has to be done.
Media queries are used to detect the device screen size, which then determines the sites layout, and displays the optimum view of the website.
The video below shows how a responsive web page layout adjusts to browser size.

Most websites we build are responsive, so if you need a site that needs to be accessible to a variety of users, we can help. We can create a new responsive website or convert your existing site to be fully responsive.
